Martells was very easy to deal with from start to finish. We had a long distance 2.5 day move and we were able to reserve a provisional moving date with them even though we had a lot of delays and potential changes in trying to exchange contracts and secure a completion date.
The guys (sorry I can’t remember their names) arrived promptly on the 1st day and were very efficient & friendly, starting to load the lorry despite the weather being extremely hot. They seemed very relaxed which made it all a lot less stressful for us.
I would definitely recommend Martells, from everyone in the office to the removal team, really happy with the whole experience. Thank you

Martell’s moved us from a large 4 bed house to a small 2 bed bungalow. They moved our classic motor bike and quite a lot of plants successfully (except one) considering the extreme heat this amazing thank you guys.

“I cannot praise them highly enough. From the first moment we met to discuss the initial quote right through. All the ups and downs of the protracted process of getting to a completion date. And then for the move itself everything was conducted with the upmost professionalism and courtesy with maximum flexibility and helpfulness throughout.
It was always easy to make contact and everyone we spoke to was cheerful and helpful.
The crew doing the packing and moving were friendly and incredibly hard-working and seem to really enjoy their work and providing such a good service which is such a great help during the stressful process of moving, especially when it involves relocating an elderly lady who has lived in the same location for 40 years.Â
Moving house is not something we need to do often, but I would not hesitate to recommend the team and Martels for providing such a friendly, comprehensive and caring service. All of Mum’s ornaments with painstakingly wrapped and not one single item was damanged or broken in the move.

“Martells provided us with all the necessary removal packaging such as boxes, bubble wrap and tape within a day of asking. They communicated effectively. Our moving house was over 4 days due to amount of possessions we had.
First two days our items were put in containers by professional polite gentlemen. On removal day they finished removing the last parts and arrived at our new house where they placed our items exactly where we wanted them without hesitation.
I was very impressed in how professional they were and so polite and caring. Also seemed happy with their work.”

We had problems with our chain and had to keep moving the completion date. This went on for several weeks and Martells were brilliant. They were totally understanding and when we finally exchanged and had to move the next day they went out of their way to achieve this for us.
The team were great. They were friendly, very professional and efficient. All of our items were packed with care and nothing got broken when we arrived at the other end.
Moving into our new home was made so easy as they had labelled everything so well we knew exactly where they had to put the boxes as they unloaded. Again they were very efficient.
I cannot thank Martells enough for everything regarding our move. They made a very stressful time so much easier. I highly recommend them.”
