Our History

We are a family-run business which started in 1917 at Elephant and Castle, South East London. The shop moved to Sutton in 1923 and remained in the area until 2020. We now have a toy and gift shop and a removals and storage facility in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Martell’s have been operating within the Removals and Storage industry for half a century and are proud to offer our services both locally and internationally.
Our removals service focuses on Crawley, East Grinstead, Edenbridge, Forest Row, Lingfield, Sutton, Tunbridge Wells, Burgess Hill, Caterham, Crowborough, Croydon, Dorking, Epsom, Haywards Heath, Horley, Horsham, Leatherhead, Oxted, Redhill, Reigate, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Uckfield, Gatwick and the surrounding areas.
